岗位职责描述/要求：

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Planning and Distribution)
Liaise between factory and head office in Spain
Sample checking
Price & ETD Negotiation
Review product's cost breakdown with factory
Checking fitting and confirmation sample for CFMD orders
Check factory's production space and performance situation
Check material situation and order production status
Inspect goods and assure on time shipment
New factory and material searching to achieve Company objective
To be the deputy team leader to train and lead team members to achieve the objectives

POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years solid experiences in the business (Women Fashion shoes, Man's shoes, Kids' shoes)
High experience with European market
Strong team leading experience
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
Well organized, Detail Oriented and Timely in a business setting
Office and professional computer skills
Willing to travel
